Client Onboarding Process

Schedule Your Meet n Greet $10
All new clients must first schedule a meet & greet! During this appointment a pet sitter will come to your home to meet you and your pets! Meet n Greets allow the sitter, client and furr client to get to know each other, review processes, learn your pets routines, and discuss anything outstanding.

Registration Invite
Following the meet n greet, you will be invited to activate your account and submit your reservations through Precise Petcare portal. Within the portal clients will have a profile for their self and each pet, review and sign policies, schedule services and submit payments.

Book Your Services
Following the completion of your first reservation, you are free to book future reservations as needed through Precise Petcare. Reservations are recommended to be made at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure sitter availability and preparations are available.

Start Preparations
Identify and document any specific care needs for your pet or home while you're away, such as medication schedules or special dietary requirements, ensuring that everything is well taken care of and giving you peace of mind during your trip.

Before You Leave
Make sure all necessary supplies are prepared for your sitter, including food, litter, toys, medical history, general house information, and emergency procedures. Having everything organized and readily available will help ensure your pet receives proper care in your absence.

Relax and enjoy your time away, confident in the knowledge that your beloved pet is being well cared for. Whether it's a short getaway or an extended trip, having a reliable pet care plan in place ensures that your furry friend is happy, healthy, and content while you're apart.

Roxanne did an absolutely amazing job taking care of my two cats while I was on vacation.
Both of my cats just turned 1 this June and I was really apprehensive about leaving them alone for 7 consecutive days, however Roxanne was both highly professional and personable as a sitter, which was a major relief for me since I knew my cats were in good hands..
Roxanne's service was nicely structured and well-organized in terms of the web portal that's used for scheduling/reporting on visits and managing payments. Each daily report was extremely detailed and thorough in terms of the list of services that were performed (i.e. fresh water, litter scoops), and also provided summaries of the play sessions with various pictures.
All in all I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Roxanne to anyone looking for a safe and reliable sitter to look after their pets when they're gone.
